1 ½ Tbsps balsamic vinegar (plus extra for drizzling)
olive oil (for brushing and drizzling)
2 ½ ozs Prosciutto (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

Lightly brush the sliced figs with balsamic vinegar.

Brush the grill grate with oil. Grill the sliced figs, on a hot grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Arrange grilled figs and prosciutto on serving plates. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, season to taste with pepper. Serve.
