Preparation steps

Preheat the oven.

Cut the figs crosswise and put on a lined baking sheet with foil. Mix together the lemon juice with the honey and the oil. Brush the figs with the mixture and place in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to get color.

Serve with the ham on plates. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and grind pepper on top.
