Nutritional values
The fish fillet convinces with a good portion of protein for strong muscles and also supplies iodine, which is needed for the formation of hormones in the thyroid gland. The butter in the lemon butter sauce should not be underestimated either: It contains the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Vitamin A, for example, is important for good vision and beautiful, radiant skin.
If you don't want to do without a hearty side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes or even spaetzle with the fish fillet and lemon-butter sauce. If you prefer to keep it low carb, you can use steamed vegetables such as broccoli.
