Preparation steps

1.

Rinse redfish fillet, pat dry and season with lemon juice and salt. Cut carrots into cubes.

Place carrots, peas and fish in a steamer. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Mix all other ingredients to make a sauce and pour over the fish. Cook for 2 minutes more in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes, which could also be cooked in a steamer with the fish and vegetables.
