- 4 Pita bread (for filling)
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 200 grams Cucumber (sliced)
- 4 mild chili peppers
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- salt

- 2 Tbsps Cognac
- juiced lemons
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 tsp Horseradish (prepared)
- 250 grams salt (such as: cod)

- ½ tsp cilantro (coriander)
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp grated Lime zest
- 3 Tbsps Basil (minced)
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation steps

Puree fish, then season well with salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, lime juice, lime zest and basil. Stir in an egg white and mix well.

Chill fish mixture for 10-15 minutes. Use wet hands to shape fish mixture into 8 small balls. Heat oil in a pan and cook fish balls for about 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.

Mince chile pepper. Combine chile pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, cognac, heavy cream, lemon juice and horseradish. Season with salt and cayenne.
4.
Stuff pita bread with fish balls, rinsed lettuce, cucumber slices and sauce. Serve immediately.
