Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse fish and place into an oiled baking dish. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Combine garlic, herbs and chile pepper with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture on fish and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
