3 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
200 grams Mozzarella
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt

2 sprigs Basil
2 Tbsps grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).

Rinse the cod, pat dry and place on an oiled baking sheet.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes and chop the mozzarella into cubes.

Distribute the tomatoes over the fish. Drizzle with the remaining oil and the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the basil, pluck off the leaves and shower over the fish along with the Parmesan.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
