- 2 Tbsps low-fat Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps low-fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 7 ozs canned Tuna (in water)
- 8 slices rustic Bread
- sliced Tomatoes
- Lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise and dill. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
2.
Flake the tuna with salt and pepper to taste and a little lemon juice.
3.
Spread the yoghurt dressing on 4 slices of bread.
4.
Divide the tuna between the slices and place on top of the yoghurt dressing.
5.
Top with sliced tomatoes and lettuce and the remaining slices of bread. Secure with a cocktail stick.
