Ingredients

for
4
Ingredients
1 tsp jasmine tea (heaped)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the tea in a teapot. Bring around 600 ml water to the boil, remove from the heat and cool to around 80°C (175°F).
2.
Add enough water to the tea to cover. After around 1/2 a minute, pour over the rest of the water and leave to infuse for around 2-4 minutes. Infusing time depends on the desired intensity of flavour and stimulating or calming effect, which increases with time.
3.
Pour into glasses through a strainer and serve.
