- 1 tsp black Tea
- 1 Cardamom
- ¼ cup milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- liquid Sweetener

Preparation steps
Combine the Ceylon cinnamon, black tea, cardamom, and 1 3/4 cups of water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the milk in another pot. Whisk in the cocoa, then beat the mixture with a milk frother or a whisk until foamy.
Pass the cinnamon tea through a strainer into cups or mugs and add sweetener to taste. Spoon the cocoa foam on top and serve immediately.
