Ingredients
400 grams Puff pastry dough
2 Tbsps melted butter
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Spread the puff pastry and, if necessary, roll out to 3-4 mm thick. Cut out tulip shaped figures (about 8-10 cm height) (approximately 3-4 inches height) from the rolled pastry and place the tulips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2.

Brush each tulip with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

3.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the tulips cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
