- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- ⅜ cup cream
- 2 Tbsps Milk powder
- 3 Tbsps plain yogurt with active cultures (at room temperature)
- 2 tsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps sliced Strawberries
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Blueberry Jam
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Melon
- Cereal
Preparation steps

Heat the milk and cream in a pan until warm, up to 46C|113F. Whisk in the milk powder until dissolved.

Stir in the 'live' yoghurt and tip into a spotlessly clean, warm bowl. Wrap in clingfilm, then put in a warm place (such as the airing cupboard) with a towel placed over the top. Leave overnight.
3.
Divide the mixture into 4. Stir the sugar and sliced strawberries into 1 portion; the vanilla into another and the blueberry jam into the third portion, leaving one portion plain. Spoon into pots and add the appropriate topping, using the melon for the plain yoghurt and the cereal for the vanilla yoghurt.
4.
Transfer to the refrigerator, covered, where it will keep for up to three days.
