1 organic lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

1.
Add the sugar to 150 ml water in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Place the strawberries with the lemon juice in the mixer and mix to a smooth purée. Sieve the purée if wished.
3.
Mix the purée with the syrup, pour into a shallow metal bowl and freeze for approx. 4 hours. After about one hour, stir the mixture with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
4.
Before serving, beat again with a fork. Serve in glasses, decorated with red hearts if wished.
