Even smarter
The cauliflower contains plenty of potassium that keeps our heart in beat. The secondary plant substance sulforaphane, which is also present, is said to be able to prevent cancer and even make chemotherapy more effective. The parsley is known for its healthy effect due to the secondary plant substances, apiol and myristicin, which can help with cystitis.
The cauliflower baked in oil is accompanied by boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, and a sauce. For a vegan alternative, vegan millet and pea roastings and an herb quark is very fitting. If it doesn't have to be vegan, the cauliflower can also be accompanied by a steamed fish, or you can prepare it in a hot-air fryer to save fat
