1 Cauliflower (approx. 1 kg | 6.5 cups, divided into florets)
¼ cup melted butter (for the dish)
2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
0.333 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and butter a casserole dish.
2.
Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes, retaining a slight bite. Meanwhile mix the butter with the parmesan and breadcrumbs and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Put the well-drained cauliflower in the casserole dish. Scatter the topping over and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes until golden brown.
