1 kilogram Cauliflower
salt
200 milliliters Whipped cream
100 milliliters milk
100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
2 eggs
freshly ground white peppers
Nutmeg

Preparation steps

Preheat a convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Grease a casserole dish with the butter. Rinse the cauliflower and divide into florets. Blanch for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove, drain well, and transfer to the casserole dish. Mix the cream with the milk, cheese, and eggs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve.
