1 handful curly parsley
800 grams button Mushroom
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
white peppers
1 Tbsp Sherry vinegar
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse parsley, shake dry, strip off leaves and chop. Wipe mushrooms clean with a paper towel and trim stems. Peel and dice onion and garlic.

Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan. Add onions and garlic and cook until translucent. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms and fry, turning often, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Return onion and garlic mixture to the pan and season with salt, pepper, sherry vinegar and lemon juice. Remove mixture from the pan and mix with parsley. Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
