Preparation steps

1.

Peel the parsnips, rinse, pat dry and slice into thin slices. Heat oil until hot enough. It is hot enough when you place a wooden spoon in the pot and it bubbles.

Fry the parsnip for 1 minute, remove, heat oil again and continue fry for 3 minutes. With a slotted spoon or tongs remove, drain on a paper towel.

To serve: Sprinkle with salt and serve once cooled.
