1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

Peel the parsnips and halve lengthwise. Blanch in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.

Drain well. Brush a baking tray with oil, sprinkle lightly with pepper and salt and spread the drained parsnips out on the tray. Sprinkle with a little oil and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with meat or fish.
