Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and chop finely.

Cut the meat and potatoes into thin slices.

Sauté onion in lard, add meat and fry over high heat while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.

Gradually add the potato slices and cook while stirring until crispy. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
