2 tsps instant granulated Broth
600 grams cooked potatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve, remove the seeds of the peppers and cut into thin slices.

Peel the onions cut into thin rings.

Heat the oil in a pan, cook the onion rings, add the meat and cook until golden brown. Add the pepper slices with some water and broth to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, cover for about 7 minutes on low heat and simmer.

4.

In the meantime, cut the potatoes into slices and in another pan, fry in hot oil on all sides until brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
