Nutritional values

The fiber from chia seeds stimulates intestinal movement, slows down the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar and thus positively influences insulin levels. It is considered one of the healthiest fruits in the world: The slightly tart goji berry provides many antioxidants and supports the work of the liver through the secondary plant compounds.

You can vary the topping for the frozen yogurt according to your mood: Fresh berries, nuts or coconut flakes, for example, also look good.
