- 8 Pasta shell
- 300 grams fried Chicken breasts
- 1 cut Cantaloupe
- ½ Mango
- 1 tsp chopped mint
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 50 grams Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Dice chicken breast. Cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds and cut flesh from rind. Dice flesh. Peel mango and thinly slice to remove core. Mince flesh.
3.
Combine fruit, chicken, mint, sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Stuff mixture into pasta shells, arrange on a plate and serve.
