- ¾ cup butter (softened)
- 0.333 cup Maple syrup
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 large, ripe Banana (mashed)
- 1.333 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup Almond flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ⅜ cup milk
- ⅔ cup chopped Pecan (plus 14 halved pecans for decoration)

1 Pot, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Aluminum foil, 8 Wooden skewers (nach Belieben)
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan/325°F/gas 3. Line a 900g loaf tin with baking parchment.

Put the butter and maple syrup into a bowl and beat together. Stir in the eggs and mashed banana and mix well.

Fold in the flour, almonds and baking powder. Add enough milk to mix to a soft consistency. Stir in the chopped pecans.
4.
Spoon the mixture into the loaf tin and spread level. Arrange the pecan halves on the top. Bake in the oven for 40–50 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
