- 4 Apple (e. g. Bramley, top quarter cut off and lightly hollowed out)
- 4 Tbsps Ground meat
- 4 Tbsps chopped almonds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- butter (to grease the dish)
- ⅔ cup Apple juice
- 4 Tbsps cream (at least 30% fat)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 großer Pot, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Large knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 Small plate, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Kitchen twine oder Zahnstocher, 1 Dutch oven mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 200°F, gas 6 and grease and oven-proof dish.
2.
Mix together the mincemeat with the almonds, cinnamon and sugar and fill the apples with the mixture.
3.
Place the apples into the prepared dish, drizzle with a little apple juice and bake for approx. 45 minutes adding more apple juice every so often.
4.
Serve on plates with a little cream.
