- 2 Tbsps cornstarch
- 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 500 milliliters milk
- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 250 grams Quark
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Pineapple
- 3 Apple
- 3 Banana
- 5 Oranges
- 300 grams Grape
- juice lemons
- 8 long Wooden skewers
- Chocolate curl
Preparation steps
1.
Heat milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir cornstarch and 2 tbsp milk. Pour in hot milk and stir until milk thickens. Boil briefly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and let cool.

Combine mascarpone and quark in a bowl, gradually stir in vanilla sauce. Season with about 3 tablespoons sugar.

Peel pineapple, remove core and dice. Rinse apples, cut into eighths, core and dice. Peel banana and slice. Peel oranges, removing white skin. Remove orange segments with a sharp knife. Rinse grapes. Mix fruit in a bowl with lemon juice. Cover and chill.

Put fruit onto 8 fruit skewers, add mint as desired. Put extra fruit in a bowl and pour cream into dessert bowls. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
