1 tsp powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsps Orange liqueur
1 Kiwi (peeled, thinly sliced)
cup cream (at least 30% fat; whipped)
powdered sugar to sweeten the cream (optional)
4 sliced Limes

Preparation steps

1.
Marinate the strawberries in the icing sugar, lemon juice and liqueur for around 20 minutes.
2.
Place the strawberries in four glasses or bowls - set some aside for garnish. Arrange the kiwi slices around the sides of the glasses and top up with cream.
3.
Garnish with the remaining strawberries, a slice of lime and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
