- 1 ⅔ cups Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsps Orange liqueur
- 1 Kiwi (peeled, thinly sliced)
- ⅞ cup cream (at least 30% fat; whipped)
- powdered sugar to sweeten the cream (optional)
- 4 sliced Limes
- mint
Preparation steps
1.
Marinate the strawberries in the icing sugar, lemon juice and liqueur for around 20 minutes.
2.
Place the strawberries in four glasses or bowls - set some aside for garnish. Arrange the kiwi slices around the sides of the glasses and top up with cream.
3.
Garnish with the remaining strawberries, a slice of lime and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
