500 grams mixed Berry (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
700 milliliters milk
1 packet Vanilla sugar
200 grams Oats
80 grams slivered almonds
1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and chop the berries if necessary.

2.

Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla sugar and oatmeal and let it soak for 10-15 minutes over low heat, while stirring.

3.

Meanwhile, toast the flaked almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown, remove and set aside.

4.

Mix the honey with the oatmeal and transfer to a bowl. Shower with berries and serve garnished with the almonds.
