1 packet Vanilla sugar
3 Tbsps white Rum
200 grams Whipped cream
150 grams chopped Shelled pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the watermelon into quarters, remove the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds. Peel, remove the core, and slice the mango. Rinse and pat dry the cape gooseberries.

Peel and cut the kiwi into slices. Mix the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and drizzle with the rum. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes.

3.

Puree half of the pistachio with the cream and the sugar. Add the fruit back into the watermelon halves, top with the pistachio cream and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
