- 500 milliliters milk
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 3 Tbsps sugar (more or less to taste)
- Ice cubes
- 5 Strawberries
- ½ Banana
- 1 handful Gooseberry
Preparation steps

Mix the milk with the yogurt and sugar and finely puree with one-third of the rinsed and peeled fruit with 2-3 ice cubes in a blender.

Pour into glasses with 3-4 ice cubes and serve with straws.
