Fruit Skewers
Healthy, because
Even smarter
The fruits score with vitamins for a healthy immune system and secondary plant substances, such as ellagic acid from the strawberries, which has been proven to have a cancer-preventive effect. Quercetin from the nectarines, on the other hand, puts us in a good mood.
This variant of the fruit skewers is suitable for the summer, because the skewered fruit is in season at this time. For winter fruit skewers you can use apples, pears, orange and persimmon. If you want to serve a dip with the skewers, mix natural yoghurt, a little honey and grated dark chocolate.
