Preparation steps

1.

Cut the melon in half, scoop out the pulp, taking care to remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes and puree with the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the melon puree.

2.

Stir the mixture well, pour into a large metal bowl and place in the freezer for approximately 4 hours freeze. Stir every hour. Fill the melon sorbet into glasses and serve.
