Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the potatoes. Halve, quarter or cut the potatoes into columns, depending on the size. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet. Press the garlic and spread, with the thyme, on the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

3.

Bake for about 45 minutes, until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
