125 grams butter
5 garlic cloves
1 handful flat-leaf parsley (about 2 tablespoons chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Baguette

Preparation steps

1.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then remove from the heat and let cool. Peel and finely dice the garlic, then add to the butter. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves. Add to the garlic butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the baguette into slices. Brush the slices on both side with the butter and place on a wire rack. Broil on one side for 1-1.5 minutes until golden brown. Turn the slices, and broil until golden brown.
