Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Slice the ciabatta. Peel the garlic, and thinly slice. Rinse and dry the parsley, then finely chop the leaves. Mix the garlic, olive oil, and parsley in a small bowl, then season with a little salt.

3.

Spread the parsley-oil mixture onto the bread slices, and toast in the oven until crispy.
