Preparation steps

Peel the cloves of garlic and the shallot. Cut garlic cut into slices, sauté in olive oil at low temperature until translucent and remove from the pan. Dice the shallot finely and add to oil, increase the temperature and let brown slightly for 1-2 minutes.

Set 2-3 garlic slices to the side. Place the rest with the onions, the cooking oil and vinegars in a blender and mix at highest speed for 1-2 minutes. Add water and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Fill in small bowl and serve garnished with garlic slices for salad.
