1 l milk
2 Tbsps light sauce thickener
1 Baguette

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and squeeze. Saute in 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour in the milk and simmer for about 5 minutes. Use cornstarch to thicken. Bring to a boil. Season heavily with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add water, if desired.

Chop the baguette into pieces. Spread them on 4 deep plates. Pour the soup over the bread. Serve garnished with a little oil.
