- 3 day-old White rolls
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps chopped almonds (dry roasted)
- 1 egg
- 150 grams ham
- 100 grams small button Mushroom (cleaned and cut into small pieces)
- 150 grams poultry Offal (organ meats) (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

Using a grater, remove crust from the rolls. Cut what is left in half and soak briefly in white wine until moistened, then squeeze.

Briefly fry the giblets with diced ham and mushrooms in hot butter.
3.
Tear the rolls and add them to the mushroom mixture with salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce, almonds and eggs. Mix well and use as a stuffing for poultry.
