1 cup turkey breasts (diced or minced)
1 small Parsnip (peeled and diced)
1 cup salt (low sodium)
1 Tbsp natural Greek yogurt

Preparation steps

1.
Put all the ingredients except the yogurt into a small pan. Bring to the boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes until very tender.
2.
Using a hand blender, process to a coarse puree. Thin to desired consistency using a little stock. Stir in the yogurt.
