- 4 ozs lamb's lettuce
- 4 ozs Spinach
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 green Apple
- 1 Banana
- ½ oz ginger roots
- 8 ozs Apple juice
- 3 ozs peeled almonds (4 TBSP.)
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt

Preparation steps
Sort lamb's lettuce and spinach, wash and shake dry. Clean and peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon, cut the cucumber into small pieces.
Wash apples, quarter, core and also cut into small pieces. Peel banana and break into pieces. Peel ginger and cut into small pieces.
Finely puree vegetables and fruit with remaining ingredients in a stand mixer and season with 1 pinch of salt to taste. Pour smoothie of lamb's lettuce, spinach, cucumber and apple into glasses and serve immediately.
