1 ripe Mango
3 Banana
9 ozs Apple juice
4 Tbsps Almond butter (4 TBSP.)
4 Tbsps vegan Granola

Preparation steps

1.

Toast almond slivers in a hot pan without fat over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Clean and peel the pineapple, cut the flesh into pieces and remove the stalk. Wash spinach and spin dry. Peel mango, cut flesh from stone and dice; set aside a few cubes for garnish. Peel bananas and slice diagonally, setting aside some for garnish.

3.

Finely puree all prepared ingredients with juice and almond butter in a stand mixer, adding a little water if necessary, so that a creamy consistency is obtained.

4.

Pour green smoothie bowl with spinach and mango into bowls and garnish with the mango cubes and banana slices set aside, the granola and almond slivers.
