3 centimeters fresh ginger

Preparation steps

1.

Chill the mandarin oranges in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut 4 thin slices from the ginger. Peel 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 an inch) of the remaining ginger, then finely grate.

2.

Halve, and squueze the juice from the mandarin oranges. Mix with the grated ginger, and divide into glasses. Garnish each with a slice of ginger.
