Preparation steps

1.

Cook glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

2.

Rinse carrots and kohlrabi, peel and cut into sticks (1/2 cm thin, 6 cm long) (approximately 0.2 inch thick,  2,5 inch long). Peel ginger and grate finely.  Blanch sprouts.

3.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok. Saute ginger briefly,  add carrots and kohlrabi and saute for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Add turmeric, chili powder and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Remove vegetables from wok, combine with sprouts and keep warm. Heat the rest of oil in a wok, add glass noodles and saute for 2-3 minutes. Combine all vegetables with noodles. Place into bowls and serve.
