Preparation steps

1.

Prepare glass noodles according to package directions, soak and drain. Rinse and halve bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.

2.

Peel and finely chop garlic and stir-fry with the ginger and bell pepper strips in hot oil for 1-2 minutes. Mix in sprouts and noodles, let stand briefly and season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve on plates.
