Nutritional values

Asian soup enjoyment - and that figure-consciously! With only 18 kilocalories per 100 grams and its high content of folic acid and vitamin A, green asparagus is the perfect slimming product and also has positive effects on skin and eyes. It has a gentle draining, cleansing and stimulating effect due to its high zinc content.

The mangetout also scores points with its high protein content and thus provides an important building material for muscles, organs and blood. In addition, the green pods provide filling fibre and strengthen the immune system thanks to their high vitamin C content. There is hardly a healthier way to enjoy food!

Sugar snap peas are easily digestible, unlike most other pulses they do not have a bloating effect and can even be eaten raw. However, if you suffer from a histamine intolerance, you should treat the green sugar snap peas with caution - they can cause complaints due to their relatively high histamine content. As an alternative to sugar snap peas, broccoli or zucchini, for example, can be used for a low-histamine variant.
