18 ozs small Tomatoes (about 8 small)
2 ½ ozs thyme (8 branches)
7 ozs fresh goat cheese
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Add lentils to double the amount of boiling water and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until tender. Then leave to cool.

2.

Meanwhile, peel and chop garlic. Wash tomatoes, cut off a lid and set aside, scoop out the inside of the tomatoes. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck half of the leaves and chop finely.

3.

Mix fresh goat cheese with red lentils and chopped garlic and thyme, salt, pepper and lemon juice and season to taste.

4.

Fill tomatoes with the lentil cream cheese and grill on the preheated grill for 5-10 minutes with lids set aside. Grind over with pepper, garnish with remaining thyme and replace lids to serve.
