8 half walnut kernels
½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese with lemon juice and honey until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and cumin.

2.

Fill dates with 1 tsp. cream cheese each, top each with 1 walnut half and arrange dates on a plate. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Sprinkle dates with the chive rings.
