80 grams Basil
75 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the goat cheese with the mascarpone cheese.

Rinse the basil, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Place 1/3 of the cheese mixture into a jar, and top with a layer of basil. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Repeat the layers, until all the ingredients have been used. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 day to infuse.

This will last for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
