- 4 Multi-grain roll (or whole wheat bread rolls)
- 4 Figs
- 4 sheets green or red Leaf lettuce variety
- 4 thin slices Gorgonzola
- butter
- 20 grams slivered almonds
Preparation steps
1.
Cut multigrain roll in half lengthwise and spread with butter. Cut figs into slices.
2.
Arrange figs, gorgonzola and red leaf lettuce on four bottom halves of rolls, sprinkle with flaked almonds and cover with top halves of rolls. Serve immediately.
