- 150 grams Gorgonzola
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 3 Leeks
- ½ Cress
- salt
- peppers
- lemon juice
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream

Cut Gorgonzola into cubes and mix with cream cheese. Rinse chives, shake dry, roll and chop fine. Mix chives and cress into cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Beat heavy cream until stiff and carefully fold into mixture. Chill for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. To serve, spoon into small bowls and garnish with some cress. This dip is perfect for breadsticks.
